Technical & Telemetry Data: IP address, device operating system, browser type, session identifiers, and cookie consent state.
Payment Transaction Tokens: Payment mode selected (UPI / Card / NetBanking / COD) and transaction status reference IDs issued by our payment gateway. We never store your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account passwords on our servers.

Online payment transactions on My Pryd are routed directly through RBI-authorized payment aggregator partner Razorpay:

Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, ensuring all card data transmission is encrypted end-to-end with 256-bit SSL encryption. Payment authentication utilizes 3D Secure / OTP layers required by the Reserve Bank of India.

Your personal data is used solely for legitimate business purposes:

Processing, packing, and dispatching your orders.
Sending SMS, Email, and WhatsApp order confirmation & live courier tracking links.
Handling customer support inquiries, returns, and refund disbursements.
