2. Account Registration & Security

To place orders, you may register an account or check out as a guest. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security regarding your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities and orders placed under your account credentials.

3. Products, Pricing & GST Billing

We strive to display accurate product images, formulations, descriptions, and pricing:

• Currency & Taxes: All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian laws.
• Price Adjustments: Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. However, once an order is placed and confirmed, the price agreed upon at checkout will remain fixed.
• Typographical Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical error, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders placed for that product before dispatch. If your card has already been charged, a full refund will be processed immediately.

Delivery schedules, shipping charges, and fulfillment terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. All orders ship in discreet, unbranded outer boxes to ensure customer privacy. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Refunds for eligible returns or cancelled prepaid orders are credited back to the original payment source within 5 – 7 business days. Full details are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

All trademarks, logos, brand names, product packaging designs, graphics, UI code, text, and photos on this Website are the exclusive intellectual property of P-Care Logistics / Pryd Web. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited under Indian copyright and trademark legislation.

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, P-Care Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website services.
